If the environment looks good, ask if you can experience working there for 3-5 hour.
Get a feel for the atmosphere. Whether the person of intercourse can be too noisy, lamplight can be too intense, to discover in advance if there’s any problem. It's like renting a house and you have to think about your neighbors, observing other positions of workers and office general situation.  A good humanistic environment will help to stimulate positive motivation and improve the work efficiency of employees.
